The design of the character isn't very eye-catching; sort of plain. Though from your comments that may be the look your going for, since it suits his character.

I feel however that you need some more work on how the head looks from different angles; the head seems to vary in terms of flatness and length. Especially the bottom one where he's looking up, like his skull has been squashed or something.

I am intrigued by his shoulder, which is not something I usually say about a dude (or even a chick if I'm honest) but I can't help but notice that it has a mouth.
I'm pretty interested in his powers now; like does it suck out knowledge or dispence ice cream or something.
Personally the fact that it's there makes me want to view your other work to get a better idea of the universe you are creating, so if that was your intention then bravo.

So in conclusion, impressive deign but skewed proportions of the face.
